The main event is the virtual 3 mile run / walk, and can be completed any time from April 15th - May 15th. The teams with the fastest overall team times will be recognized!

  • Submit your best 3 mile time! Yes, you can run or walk the 3 mile distance as many times as you'd like between April 15th - May 15th until you're ready to submit your best effort.

  • Connect your watch, fitness tracker or phone to HAKU for easy reporting and submission of your run / walk. You may also enter it manually through a direct submission link. See FAQs for more information.

  • Complete the 3 miles between April 15th - May 15th and submit it by Saturday, May 15th.

  • The total team time is comprised of the times of the (4) fastest individuals added together. As long as each member submits their time the total team time will be automatically calculated.

  • For team bonding and encouragement try to coordinate a day and time when all of your team members can run or walk in their respective locations. Having a post run / walk video celebration is the perfect way to cap off the event for your team!

  • The fastest (10) teams will receive recognition!


Virtual Challenges 

Starting Thursday, April 15th registered individuals and teams have access to virtual challenges through their a personalize link sent via e-mail. Challenges will be open until Saturday, May 15th.

Total Team Miles


Log every run or walk throughout the month-long period and your distance will count towards your team's total miles. The teams with the (5) highest monthly totals will be recognized!

Most Individual Miles (Male & Female)

Every run or walk completed throughout the month-long period counts towards an individual's total miles. The top female and male will be recognized!

Largest Team

The team with the most members completing the Virtual 3 Mile Run / Walk and submitting their results will be recognized as the Largest Team!
